Return and Exchange Policy
How to Exchange?
For customers who placed orders online and need to exchange an item, please process a return first and then place a new order. Please confirm that the desired size is available.
Conditions for Returns
You can return an item within seven days of delivery (based on the delivery date) if the product is new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact, and packaging undamaged. The item must not show any signs of wear or odor. For items such as intimate apparel, underwear, or tights, returns are not accepted once the package is opened due to personal hygiene considerations. Malicious returns will not be accepted.
Return Process
Ensure the product you wish to return is in its original packaging. Place the item back into its original packaging, including outer packaging (plastic bag or box). If you have a physical invoice, please include it as well.
Include a note inside the package with:
A. Order number
B. Reason for return/exchange
C. Any discussions with customer service (please mention the platform and your name).

We will process the return and issue a refund within three business days after receiving the returned product. If you do not receive the refund after this period, please contact our customer service for assistance.
